What is the one best reason to work at EFG?
I find it very rewarding to be able to play a part in getting our customers back on the road after they experience an issue with their vehicles.  We play a big part in getting our customers lives restored to normal and assisting them by providing coverage for some very costly repair bills.   I also have the opportunity to assist many different departments within EFG to ensure collaboration across all departments with claims and operations.  At the end of the day, I feel a sense of accomplishment with how many different individuals I’m able to assist in some manner.

If someone asked you what makes EFG better than its competitors, what would you say?
Working at EFG has strengthened my ability to collaborate with my peers from all areas of the organization.  While it may seem a foregone conclusion that collaboration should be a basic skill, I believe that the diversity of the departments within EFG give this major credence.  EFG has so many moving parts and departments that work feverishly for our clients and customers alike that one would be amazed at the amount of projects in play at one time.  It’s a nimble, creative, and collaborative company that strives to provide our customers with the most leading edge, and innovative products in the industry.
